About the role
- You empower field and inside sales employees to develop their technical and sales competencies
- You engage with course participants as an equal partner
- You keep managers informed about their team members' learning progress
- You define effective measures to create a more suitable learning environment
- You contribute to instructional design and conceptual work as a subject-matter expert
Requirements
- Swiss Federal Certificate in Private Insurance, higher vocational diploma (Höhere Fachschule) or equivalent qualification
- Several years of experience in insurance advisory
- Experience in adult education; SVEB certification is an advantage
- Digital proficiency, a customer-oriented mindset, and openness to new approaches
- High self‑initiative as well as strong presentation and communication skills
- Excellent German skills; French is an advantage
