About the role
- You will build an enterprise-wide AI governance framework and continuously develop it
- You will translate legal requirements (e.g., from AI regulations such as the EU AI Act) into concrete technical and organizational measures
- You will develop policies, processes and guidelines for the responsible, ethical and legally compliant use of AI systems
- You will advise business units on the assessment, classification and use of AI applications
- You will work closely with interdisciplinary teams from Legal, IT, Data Protection, Compliance and Innovation
- You will monitor legal and technological developments in the field of artificial intelligence and derive recommended actions
- You will design training and awareness measures to sensitize employees to the responsible use of AI
Requirements
- A completed degree in Law, Business Law, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
- Interest in the intersection of law, ethics and technology
- The ability to quickly understand and interpret legal texts and translate them into technical or procedural requirements
- A structured, analytical and solution-oriented mindset
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
- Initial experience in compliance, data protection, IT governance or project management is an advantage
- Enthusiasm for future topics such as AI, automation and digital responsibility
