About the role
- Independent responsibility for compliance topics: You will take ownership of parts of the compliance risk universe, such as anti-corruption, data protection, or antitrust and competition law
- Support of the compliance function: You will work closely with the Chief Compliance Officer and contribute your expertise to the team
- Further development of the compliance function: You actively shape processes and structures and ensure continuous improvement
- Conducting risk analyses: You identify, analyze, and assess compliance risks at the enterprise level
- Participation in internal projects: You contribute to cross-functional projects and help drive new initiatives with the team
- Delivering training: You convey knowledge and raise employee awareness of compliance topics
Requirements
- Completed degree (e.g., Law, Economics, Business Informatics)
- Several years of professional experience in a compliance or legal department is an advantage
- Experience in another area of a financial services company is a plus
- Excellent German and English language skills and good IT skills
- Independent and self-responsible working style, entrepreneurial mindset, and decision-making ability
- Positive, motivated, and team-oriented personality
