About the role
- Responsible for the end-to-end handling of all contract administration processes for an assigned insurance portfolio in the property line, with a focus on large corporate clients
- Act as the main point of contact and problem solver for our clients and brokers, providing support on questions related to risk coverages, policy documents and premium payments
- Responsible for monitoring incoming payments and resolving collection/premium discrepancies
- Support the preparation and issuance of insurance policies within the framework of international insurance programs
- Contribute to (inter)national projects and to the continuous improvement of our service processes
Requirements
- IT affinity in using common MS Office applications as well as our policy administration systems and global tools
- Solid knowledge of property insurance is desirable
- Knowledge of the structure and operation of international insurance programs and facultative reinsurance is advantageous
- Fluent German (minimum B2) and good reading comprehension of English texts
- Several years of professional experience as an insurance administrator / processing clerk in the insurance industry, preferably in industrial insurance
- Successfully completed commercial or insurance-related vocational training
