About the role
- Manage commercial line auto claims of low to moderate complexity and exposure within specific authority limits
- Handle auto property damage and injury claims both litigated and non-litigated
- Deliver efficient, customer-focused service following established claims-handling protocols
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with 3+ years of experience in Claims or Insurance OR Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice (including an Associate Degree) with 3+ years of experience in Claims or Insurance OR Completion of the Zurich Claims Training Program with 3+ years of experience in Claims or Insurance OR High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 5+ years of experience in Claims or Insurance
- Must obtain and maintain required adjuster license(s)
- Knowledge of insurance regulations, markets, and products
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
