About the role
- Support your clients (Large Accounts and mid-sized companies) in defining their risk management strategies
- Coordinate and lead the prevention programs for the large-account clients in your portfolio
- Consolidate all indicators reported by engineers conducting audits on your accounts and propose action plans to improve their risk profiles
- Maintain regular communication with your clients (webinars, training, technical monitoring)
- Support Zurich underwriting departments by providing all data, indicators and analyses required for tailored underwriting of risks carried by Zurich
- Conduct risk visits, write analysis reports and propose recommendations to reduce the frequency and severity of potential claims
- Assist your clients in implementing risk improvement plans, including reviewing plans for expansion projects or new plants
- Lead annual summaries of your main programs with client decision-makers (Risk Managers, CFOs, Operations Directors, HSR Directors)
- Perform regular technical and regulatory monitoring and report changes to the ZRS teams, underwriting and/or Group.
Requirements
- Master's degree in a technical field (engineering school or equivalent)
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience
- Knowledge of major technical prevention standards (NFPA, FMDS)
- Knowledge of technical codes for the sizing, analysis and implementation of sprinkler systems (NFPA, FMDS, APSAD and EN 12845 codes)
- Fluency in English required
- Proficiency with computer tools
