About the role
- Assume technical and disciplinary leadership, development and motivation of your team members
- Manage task allocation, monitoring, team responsibilities and ensure correct handling of the industrial business
- Support Underwriting in assessing administrative feasibility and act as the central point of contact for technical and specialist queries
- Actively contribute to transformation and change processes, process optimizations and national as well as international projects
- Serve as a role model and promote a motivating, results-oriented and trust-based leadership culture
Requirements
- Degree or vocational qualification in insurance – ideally with relevant further training
- Several years of experience in operational insurance business, particularly with industrial clients
- Leadership skills and coaching experience, combined with experience in transformations, change processes, projects and business analysis
- Solid knowledge of underwriting processes, international insurance programmes and reporting metrics, and very good English skills
- Target- and solution-oriented working style, strong customer and service orientation, excellent communication skills, team spirit and resilience
