About the role

  • Review, investigate, and analyze property and engineering claims from first notification through to settlement.
  • Ensure accurate, timely, and fair handling of property claims in accordance with Zurich’s policies and regulatory requirements
  • Communicate empathetically with customers and brokers, keeping them informed and guiding them through the claims process.
  • Act as an escalation point for complex or disputed claims, supporting resolution and customer satisfaction
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders—including customers, brokers, loss adjusters, and legal advisors—to facilitate smooth claims processes.
  • Support and deliver initiatives to streamline workflows, enhance customer experience, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Champion change initiatives such as automation and process improvement to ensure our claims processes are efficient, effective, and future-ready.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in property claims handling, ideally in an insurance environment.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to interpret policy wordings and technical reports.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Customer-focused mindset, with a commitment to delivering fair outcomes
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
