About the role
- In your responsible role at the Frankfurt location, you will manage your own portfolio of motor vehicle accident claims with no sum limit and make well-founded coverage and liability decisions.
- You will correspond confidently with all parties involved using modern communication tools.
- Your focus is on balancing customer-oriented service with economically sound claims handling.
- Using your expertise, you will actively support the further development of our automation and digitization processes.
- You will coordinate our internal and external service providers and deploy them effectively.
Requirements
- Completed insurance-related or comparable vocational training and very good written and spoken German.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, and a pronounced service and customer orientation.
- Goal- and solution-oriented thinking, combined with decisiveness and persuasiveness.
- Friendly, confident manner — even in challenging situations — with enjoyment of personal and telephone customer contact.
- Independent, structured working style and confident use of MS Office.
