About the role

  • You take overall responsibility for the sales of our innovative group protection product “TEAM®” (Team Existence Protection Model) in Germany and Austria and actively drive target achievement
  • You lead and develop a small sales team both operationally and strategically
  • You expand existing partner relationships, coordinate tenders (RFPs) and drive the development of new sales partnerships
  • You manage a professional sales pipeline — including forecasting, reporting and the prioritization of strategically relevant business areas
  • As the sales lead for “TEAM®” you play a key role in strategic projects for product development and market expansion
  • In collaboration with Global Employee Benefit Solutions (ZGEBS) you align international requirements and ensure a consistent customer journey

Requirements

  • Results‑oriented with an independent working style, entrepreneurial mindset, and strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Many years of sales experience with insurance products, ideally in occupational pensions (bAV) and/or employee benefits
  • Established network in the German intermediary/broker market and experience working with internal stakeholders
  • Experience in results‑oriented and motivating team leadership preferred
  • Very good German and English skills and willingness to travel within Germany and Austria (approx. 20–40%)
