About the role
- You analyze business performance and are responsible for the financial steering of distribution partners
- You support overall corporate controlling as well as financial reporting in accordance with IFRS and HGB
- Through your planning, forecasts and precise variance analyses you provide a solid decision-making basis for management
- You develop business cases and ad-hoc analyses to further develop the business
- In addition, you accompany and advise management as a sparring partner on strategic and financial matters
Requirements
- Proactive attitude, sense of responsibility, team player and confident presence
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Degree in economics, business administration or a comparable field
- Several years of professional experience in controlling, analysis and financial steering
- Solid knowledge of finance/accounting, ideally with experience in the insurance industry
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Business-fluent German and English
