About the role
- Assist Business Development Manager to develop win-win solutions for Zurich’s bank partners
- Support the team in achieving sales goals and implementing effective sales plans
- Build and maintain strong relationships with bank partners
- Provide sales support for banking distribution channels
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities
- Ensure strict adherence to insurance and banking regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related fields
- Minimum 5 years in insurance, banking, or financial services
- Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Familiarity with insurance regulations and product compliance requirements
- Pass in insurance licensing exams (e.g., IIQE Papers I, II in Hong Kong) is preferred
