About the role
- You are Zurich’s friendly face and delight our customers
- You measure our customers’ satisfaction
- You carry out outbound activities and proactively reach out to customers
- You provide respectful, value-adding advice to our existing customers
- You schedule appointments for our client advisors
- You support your colleagues on inbound tasks when there are bottlenecks
Requirements
- Successfully completed commercial or sales training
- VBV certification is an advantage
- Preferably some experience in the insurance industry
- Strong sales personality with drive and ambition
- Strong customer orientation with excellent communication skills
- High service orientation and quality awareness
- German at native level; French or Italian is a plus
