About the role

  • Oversee the implementation, integration and optimisation of human resource technologies
  • Manage the local SuccessFactor implementation
  • Drive automation and adoption of AI and digital platforms such as SuccessFactors, HROnboard, and ServiceNow
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
  • Ensure our people systems are agile, secure, and aligned with our vision of being Australia’s Leading Digital Insurer

Requirements

  • Strong stakeholder management
  • Change management

  • Process improvement and data governance experience
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Deliver change outcomes, including process improvements
  • Adaptable and collaborative
  • Previous experience leading a local HR systems implementation, ideally with platforms such as SuccessFactors
  • Experience with platform tools such as PowerApps, PowerAutomate and PowerBI
