About the role
- Execute a legal strategy that enables Zurich to achieve its strategic objectives
- Protect the organization from legal, regulatory and reputational risk
- Anticipate, identify and evaluate legal, regulatory and governance risks and opportunities
- Champion pragmatic and business-oriented solutions
Requirements
- Minimum 10+ years in corporate law
- At least 5 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of corporate law, compliance, contracts, intellectual property, and litigation
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity
