About the role
- You will delight our customers at the Leverkusen site through service-oriented handling of telephone and written inquiries.
- You handle telephone and written service inquiries from customers and distribution partners.
- Administering customer contracts, maintaining customer data, and executing standardized business transactions are core parts of your work.
- Your expertise allows you to approach complex issues with confidence and enthusiasm.
- You apply your discretion and decision-making authority in line with Zurich's guidelines to serve our customers.
- You share responsibility for meeting agreed service targets and criteria, and for adhering to company-wide principles.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills, customer orientation, a confident demeanor, and high-quality work.
- Strong teamwork skills and commitment.
- Experience in customer service and ideally in life insurance.
- Completed vocational training as an insurance and finance clerk (Kaufmann für Versicherung und Finanzen) or an equivalent qualification.
