About the role
- In your role at the Frankfurt location, you are responsible for the strategic development of the Digital Business & Partnerships division and actively shape its future direction
- You independently lead and execute projects focused on digitalization and the expansion of digital business models
- You develop robust business cases, conduct market and competitive analyses, analyze internal KPIs, and monitor relevant market trends
- You independently analyze ongoing business performance, derive recommendations for action, and thereby contribute to the strategic steering of the division
- You work closely with the Executive Board of DA Direkt and the division management; in this role you coordinate strategy and project meetings and prepare meaningful status reports and management presentations
- With your strong drive to execute, you take hands-on responsibility, implement ideas operationally, and ensure that strategic initiatives deliver tangible results
Requirements
- Entrepreneurial mindset, proactivity, sense of responsibility, team spirit, and a confident appearance
- Excellent abstraction skills, strong numerical affinity, experience with business cases, KPI analyses, and strategic evaluation
- Solid knowledge of digital business models, online marketing, platform economics, and relevant technologies
- Proven project management success including budget and portfolio management; technical skills in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and data analysis (ideally Power BI)
- Completed degree (e.g. Business Informatics, Economics, Industrial Engineering or similar) and business-fluent English
