About the role
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies
- Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns
- Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring talent pipelines align with organizational needs
- Design and manage performance appraisal systems focusing on continuous improvement
- Identify training needs and organize programs to upskill employees
- Partner with compensation specialists to ensure competitive reward structures
- Guide teams through organizational change initiatives
- Champion diversity initiatives promoting inclusive practices
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and industry regulations
- Leverage data-driven insights to inform HR practices and monitor key metrics
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- Minimum of 8-10 years in HR roles, with at least 7 years as an HR Business Partner or similar capacity
- Familiarity with insurance products and the regulatory landscape governing both
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (and other relevant languages, as required)
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a knack for data analysis and HR analytics in strategic decision-making
