About the role
- Take ownership of a dedicated motor vehicle accident claims portfolio without claim sum limits
- Make well-founded coverage and liability decisions
- Correspond with all parties involved using modern communication channels
- Focus on customer-oriented actions and cost-effective claims handling
- Actively support the development of automation and digitization processes
- Coordinate internal and external service providers
Requirements
- Completed insurance-related or comparable vocational training and very good written and spoken German
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with a pronounced service and customer orientation
- Goal- and solution-oriented mindset, combined with decisiveness and persuasiveness
- Friendly, confident demeanor — even in challenging situations — and enjoyment of personal and telephone customer contact
- Independent, structured working style and confident use of MS Office
