About the role
- Lead major multi-state pricing and filing projects
- Perform rate indications, experience studies, and ongoing monitoring to support profitability goals
- Collaborate with internal teams to advance key workstreams
- Develop actuarial memos, exhibits, and manuals for 50-state filings
- Maintain, enhance, and document actuarial tools, models, and processes
Requirements
- ASA/ACAS designation
- ~7+ years of experience in A&H, P&C, or related lines
- Strong GLM expertise
- Hands-on capability with Python, R, Emblem, Excel/VBA, and SQL
- Data visualization experience
- Track record of independently managing large, complex actuarial and filing projects
- Excellent communication skills
- Reliability, strong work ethic, self-starter, and problem-solving mindset
