About the role
- Take overall ownership of the end-to-end handling of all contract administration tasks for an assigned insurance portfolio within the Transport (Marine) line of business
- Act as the point of contact and problem solver for clients and brokers on all questions regarding coverage, policy documentation and premium payments
- Monitor incoming payments and resolve collections and premium discrepancies
- Opportunity to participate in (inter)national projects and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our service processes
Requirements
- Completed commercial or insurance-related vocational training (e.g., business administration or insurance)
- Several years of experience as an insurance administrator/specialist, preferably in industrial/commercial insurance
- Enthusiasm for exploring new subject areas; ideally have contributed to improvement initiatives related to digitalization
- IT affinity with proficiency in common MS Office applications and experience using policy administration systems and global tools
- Desirable: solid knowledge of transport/marine insurance
- Fluent German (at least B2) and good reading comprehension of English texts
