About the role
- Collaborates and advises on the development and configuration of applications
- Recommends application performance improvements
- Supports implementation activities
Requirements
- Understand customers' processes and products
- Engage with the solution architect in reviews and validations
- Produce estimates for the level of effort and cost
- Perform quality review checks on project deliverables
- Act as liaison between the business and IT
- Support the Portfolio Manager in building the business case
- Troubleshoot system environmental issues
