About the role

  • Independently manage an assigned client/broker portfolio and ensure coordination with the insured administration
  • Handle all contract changes such as new business, takeovers, plan changes, contract terminations and account management
  • Process insured person changes, including enrollments, terminations of employment and personnel changes
  • Prepare quotes for brokers and support the sales process from needs analysis to contract conclusion
  • Proactively support sales and distribution units and maintain telephone and written contact with brokers, clients, insured persons, authorities and lawyers

Requirements

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally in the insurance industry
  • Further training in occupational pension schemes or related topics is an advantage
  • Experience in occupational pensions as well as customer service
  • Customer-oriented personality with a service- and solution-oriented approach
  • Proactive, team-capable and resilient personality with very good communication skills
  • Confident German and good English skills; any additional language is an advantage
