About the role
- In the Sales Directorate West you will manage the commercial corporate lines in your region and support our agencies for corporate client product areas (e.g., motor/commercial motor, multi-product, transport/cargo, group accident and corporate legal protection)
- You identify potential, analyze client portfolios and develop targeted measures to grow the business
- Using your expertise you develop strategies and actively support our agencies during client meetings
- In your role you will work closely with Underwriting as well as technical and sales support to develop tailored solutions
- Through trainings, presentations and joint visits you promote the continuous development of our agencies
Requirements
- Enjoy working with different departments, agencies and managers
- Ability to explain complex topics clearly (e.g., in trainings, workshops or in direct exchanges)
- Completed training in insurance or an equivalent qualification
- Several years of experience in insurance sales, particularly in the corporate/commercial client segment, and familiarity with market challenges
- Proactive in driving initiatives, developing sustainable solutions, and acting as a reliable point of contact
