About the role
- Represent commercial insureds in high complexity General Liability and Commercial Auto personal injury cases
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal pleadings and documents
- Handle pre-trial discovery and trial proceedings
- Conduct post-trial activities as needed
Requirements
- Juris Doctor
- 7 or more years of experience in the Litigation area
- Active member in good standing of the Florida State Bar
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Adobe
- Experience working with Lexis or Westlaw
- Knowledge of the insurance industry, claims, and insurance defense litigation legal environment
