About the role
- Shape how our global workforce learns and grows by owning the full lifecycle of training programs
- Create seamless, engaging learning journeys that drive compliance, engagement, and impact
- Lead on strategic talent projects like LMS transitions and leadership development
- Oversee the global Learning Management System (LMS) and maintain strong vendor relationships
- Analyze needs and skills gaps to stay ahead of emerging requirements
- Design and deliver innovative learning experiences using modern adult learning principles
- Partner with senior leaders and People team business partners to drive adoption and engagement globally
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- 4–5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in Learning & Development
- Understanding of contemporary adult learning principles
- Polished facilitation and presentation skills
- Experience managing end-to-end training programs and LMS administration (e.g., CrossKnowledge)
- Proficiency in learning design tools (e.g., Articulate) and Microsoft applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams)
- Proven ability to lead and project manage strategic talent initiatives; project management certification preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and logical approach to problem-solving
- Self-starter with a growth mindset
