About the role
- Support external and internal employees in developing their technical and commercial skills across various sectors
- Engage with course participants, inform managers of their learning progress, and define effective measures to create a more suitable learning environment to achieve high results
- Be involved in conceptual work as a subject-matter expert and develop existing trainings or design new ones, delivered in-person or virtually as needed
Requirements
- Professional certificate in private insurance with a federal diploma, higher vocational training, or equivalent is a major advantage
- Several years of experience in insurance consulting
- Passion for teaching and learning, ideally with experience in adult education; FSEA certification is an asset
- Customer-oriented with strong facilitation and communication skills
- Excellent command of French and good command of German (B2/C1)
