About the role

  • As a Sales Trainer with a focus on SMEs, you empower field and inside sales employees in their technical and sales competencies, with an emphasis on SME business (non-life and life/pension products)
  • You work with course participants as an equal, inform managers about learners' progress and define effective measures to create a more suitable learning environment that drives positive results
  • You contribute to conceptual work as a subject-matter expert, further develop existing trainings and, depending on needs, design new trainings for both in-person and virtual formats

Requirements

  • Professional diploma in private insurance, advanced vocational college or comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in SME insurance advisory and experience in adult education (SVEB) is an advantage
  • Digital literacy, customer-oriented mindset, openness to new approaches and willingness to enable cross-team change
  • High degree of initiative as well as strong presentation and communication skills
  • Excellent German; French is an advantage
