About the role
- You support external and internal employees in developing their technical and commercial skills through in-person trainings and virtual learning modules, with a focus on SMEs (non-life and life/pension).
- You engage with course participants, report their learning progress to managers, and define effective measures to create a more suitable learning environment to achieve strong results.
- You contribute to conceptual work as a subject matter expert and develop existing trainings or design new in-person and virtual courses as required.
Requirements
- Professional qualification in private insurance with a Federal Diploma, higher vocational education or an equivalent qualification is a major asset.
- Several years of experience providing insurance advice to SMEs.
- Passion for teaching and learning, ideally with experience in adult education; FSEA certification is an asset.
- Customer-oriented with strong facilitation and communication skills.
- Excellent command of French and good command of German (B2/C1).
