About the role

  • Ensure compliance strategy aligned with business strategy and regulatory requirements
  • Promote ethics-based culture through training and awareness activities
  • Assess new laws and trends for applicability and implementation
  • Monitor sales practices and intermediary conduct
  • Liaise with relevant business and operational functions
  • Prepare Management Information and monthly reports
  • Conduct internal quality assurance reviews
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

  • A solid understanding of Insurance and Takaful laws and regulations
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Law
  • Minimum of 3 years relevant experience
  • Strong understanding of market conduct regulations
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and local language
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills
