About the role
- Ensure compliance strategy aligned with business strategy and regulatory requirements
- Promote ethics-based culture through training and awareness activities
- Assess new laws and trends for applicability and implementation
- Monitor sales practices and intermediary conduct
- Liaise with relevant business and operational functions
- Prepare Management Information and monthly reports
- Conduct internal quality assurance reviews
- Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
- A solid understanding of Insurance and Takaful laws and regulations
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Law
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience
- Strong understanding of market conduct regulations
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and local language
- Strong analytical and presentation skills
