About the role
- Overseeing the day-to-day activities of a group of Crop claims adjusters
- Providing technical guidance and tracking/reporting on key metrics
- Building and maintaining relationships with internal colleagues and external customers
- Managing and coaching a team to achieve results and ensure compliance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and 2+ years of experience in the Crop Claims area OR High School Diploma and 4+ years of experience in Crop Claims
- Customer Service experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of the insurance industry, claims, and the legal and regulatory environment
