About the role
- Support CEO in planning the company’s vision and strategic direction.
- Develop and support the company’s short-to-long-term strategic execution.
- Monitor and review internal & external factors (geo-political, macro-economic & industry development) to articulate strategic implications and priorities.
- Provide strategic analysis and data-driven recommendations.
- Prepare strategic communications for shareholders, board of directors, and business partners.
- Work closely with internal executives to translate strategies into business imperatives.
- Support CEO in engagements with regulators, media, and business communities.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to key strategies.
- Drive key initiatives & strategic projects including M&A, transformation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Public Policy, or related field;
- MBA or equivalent is preferred.
- Minimum 5-8 years in strategic roles, consulting, corporate planning, and executive support.
- Experience working directly with C-level executives.
- Exposure to cross-border or regional operations is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- High emotional intelligence and discretion.
- Project management and multitasking ability.
- Demonstrate a high level of self-motivation.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a team.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
