About the role
- Lead and develop the Finance team
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
- Act as Process Owner for finance and controlling
- Manage intercompany processes and transfer pricing
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Oversee tax compliance and corporate filings
- Act as Compliance Officer for financial operations
- Define and maintain scalable financial policies

- Solid expertise in accounting and controlling

- Strong background in internal controls and compliance
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
