• Provide quantum solutions to ensure scientific and commercial success
• Provide application-specific customer support, including onsite system integration
• Maintain and establish customer contacts to secure future sales and support market growth
• Represent Zurich Instruments at trade shows, engage with opinion leaders and work with leading quantum researchers across the US
• Produce marketing material, including presentations, product documentation, and videos

Application Scientist – Quantum Technologies

• Provide deep technical guidance to help researchers and engineers get the most out of their Zurich Instruments systems, from first evaluation through to running their experiments
• Deliver hands-on, application-specific support, including on-site system integration
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with the scientists and engineers you support, accompanying them throughout their projects
• Present at conferences and trade shows, and visit research groups across Japan
• Create technical content such as presentations, product documentation, and tutorial videos
• Work closely with our global team to shape Zurich Instruments' technical approach in Japan

Sales

• AI-assisted market and project research; building and maintaining a lead and project database (national and EU projects)
• Support for sales activities in Southern Germany: scheduling appointments, preparation and follow-up, events/road trips
• Technical pre- and post-sales support: initial consultation, use-case qualification, basic demos, basic technical support
• Administrative organization: planning customer visits/travel, logistics for demo units, internal coordination
