About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support updating, consolidating and monitoring the area's management indicators;
Assist with control and updating of management spreadsheets (CAPEX, OPEX and other internal controls);
Support the preparation of meeting minutes, meeting records and follow-up on action plans;
Assist in analyzing and verifying information in reports and dashboards (BI);
Support administrative routines related to purchase requests, tracking processes and documentation;
Assist in monitoring construction works and services, including photographic records and organization of information;
Assist in preparing presentations, reports and internal communication materials;
Support the dissemination and monitoring of the area's routines and controls;
Assist managers in organizing information and tracking requests related to engineering, maintenance and infrastructure activities.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration or a related field;
Intermediate knowledge of Excel;
Familiarity with Power BI and data analysis tools is desirable;
Availability to work 6 hours per day;
Organized;
Proactive;
Good communication skills;
Attention to detail.
