Key responsibilities & impact

Support strategic projects: monitor and drive optimization of the supply chain and logistics operations, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
Process Analysis and Improvement: conduct in-depth analyses of logistics processes, identify bottlenecks, and propose innovative solutions to improve productivity and service quality.
Manage performance indicators: define and monitor KPIs, using this data to make informed decisions and implement continuous improvements.
Manage relationships with suppliers and logistics partners, negotiating contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms and high-quality performance, as well as prospecting and acquiring new partners and business.
Develop preliminary feasibility studies for new procedures related to International Cargo processes to meet potential clients' requests.
Propose revenue growth initiatives through the development of new logistics services.
Monitor post-service activities and propose projects that enable acquisition of new clients and expansion of Zurich Airport Brasil's Air Cargo business.
Maintain contacts with companies and government organizations to identify opportunities for new projects in International and Domestic Air Cargo that can generate profit for the company.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, International Trade, Economics, or related fields. Postgraduate degree or MBA is a plus.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in logistics business analysis, foreign trade operations, freight forwarding, and/or related areas.
English - Fluent
Knowledge of advanced logistics management systems (WMS, TMS, ERP) and data analysis tools (advanced Excel and Power BI).
