About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Actively and continuously prospect for commercial opportunities, responsible for identifying, approaching and developing new clients for airport media.
- Target prospecting to advertiser brands, local/regional companies and strategic partners, not limited to inbound inquiries.
- Build and manage the commercial pipeline from opportunity identification to closing, focusing on new revenue and occupancy of digital and static assets.
- Use a consultative sales approach, understanding brand objectives and proposing media solutions that deliver client value and business results.
- Develop commercial proposals, presentations and financial simulations aimed at closing deals, not just operational support.
- Lead commercial negotiations, coordinating terms, formats, timelines and deliverables with clients.
- Be responsible for tracking commercial KPIs such as revenue, occupancy, average ticket, proposal conversion, pipeline and media and VIP Lounge projections.
- Analyze commercial performance of media products and the VIP Lounge, proposing adjustments and new strategies to maximize results.
- Manage media operations (inventory, materials and deadlines) as a means to enable sales, rather than as the primary focus of the role.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure feasibility and implementation of completed sales.
- Monitor the market, competitors and trends to identify new commercial opportunities.
- Propose new formats, activations and commercial products to expand the portfolio and increase revenue.
- Support contractual processes with legal, ensuring governance of negotiated agreements.
- Work with strong results orientation, an ownership mindset and direct responsibility for the commercial performance of assets under your management.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, Engineering, Economics or related fields.
- Experience in negotiation and prospecting within media and advertising.
- Experience in shopping centers or airports.
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Intermediate English.
