About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define testing strategies, plans, and processes
- Serve as a technical QA reference for Development, Product, and UX/UI teams
- Create and execute functional, regression, exploratory, API, performance, and security tests
- Develop and maintain test automation for UI, APIs, and integrations
- Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines
- Identify, analyze, and track defects and root causes
- Monitor quality metrics and propose continuous improvements
- Participate in Agile ceremonies
- Use AI to generate test cases, analyze logs, identify anomalies, create scripts, and anticipate failures
- Evaluate and implement AI-powered testing tools
Requirements
What you’ll need- Solid experience as a Senior QA professional
- Hands-on, proven experience applying Artificial Intelligence to QA/testing
- Experience with test automation
- Knowledge of Telerik Test Studio, Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar tools
- Experience with API testing using Postman, RestAssured, Newman, or similar tools
- Knowledge of performance testing tools such as JMeter, k6, or Locust
- Knowledge of security testing, including OWASP, SAST, DAST, and/or fuzzing
- Experience with CI/CD, Git, and Agile methodologies
- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
- Ability to analyze logs, data, and quality metrics
- 5+ years of QA experience, with a strong focus on automation and proven experience applying AI to testing
- ISTQB, CTFL, or Agile Tester certification is a plus
- Knowledge of Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, or another programming language is a plus
