About the role

  • Conduct consultative sales of process consulting, automation projects, and IT services, understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Prospect new clients and pursue qualified leads, maintaining an active pipeline of potential customers.
  • Support tactical planning to achieve growth and sales targets, collaborating on the definition of strategies and actions.
  • Participate in creating campaigns and strategies to attract new leads, contributing valuable ideas and insights.
  • Master the company's products and services to craft persuasive messaging and generate customer interest.
  • Conduct client meetings to explore opportunities and solutions, present tailored proposals, and negotiate to close new business.
  • Ensure execution of the sales process within established management standards, maintaining quality in lead qualification and customer interactions through effective sales methods.
  • Maintain relationships with commercial partners, identify new business opportunities, and collaborate on developing strategic partnerships.
  • Deliver product and service presentations, demonstrating technical knowledge and persuasive communication skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Hands-on experience applying sales and negotiation techniques.
  • Knowledge of sales, negotiation, marketing, and customer success methodologies.
  • Comfort with and aptitude for learning new technologies and automation tools.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Experience developing sales pitches and presenting proposals.
  • Experience with B2B sales for large/enterprise accounts.
  • Experience in consultative selling of technology products and services.
