About the role
- Conduct user research and market analysis to identify opportunities and the needs of our customers
- Develop high-quality interface designs, taking into account usability, accessibility, and overall user experience
- Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure efficient implementation of proposed solutions
- Monitor product performance and iterate based on feedback and metrics
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a mid-level Product Designer
- Proven minimum of 5 years' experience as a UI/UX Designer, Interaction Designer, Information Architect, or related role, working on digital products and/or mobile applications
- Knowledge of user research techniques
- Familiarity with agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum)
- Interaction Designer
- Information Architecture or a related area, for digital products and/or mobile applications
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, InVision, and Abstract
- Experience with Design Thinking, Lean UX, or other frameworks that facilitate rapid definition of user needs
- Experience with design research methodologies and human-centered design principles
- Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities or evolving needs, with openness and agility
- Experience working on UX/UI for web systems
- Experience with modern web design techniques
- Knowledge of Motion Design
- Experience with modern web design techniques
