Conduct user research and market analysis to identify opportunities and the needs of our customers
Develop high-quality interface designs, taking into account usability, accessibility, and overall user experience
Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure efficient implementation of proposed solutions
Monitor product performance and iterate based on feedback and metrics

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 5 years' experience as a mid-level Product Designer
Proven minimum of 5 years' experience as a UI/UX Designer, Interaction Designer, Information Architect, or related role, working on digital products and/or mobile applications
Knowledge of user research techniques
Familiarity with agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum)
Interaction Designer
Information Architecture or a related area, for digital products and/or mobile applications
Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, InVision, and Abstract
Experience with Design Thinking, Lean UX, or other frameworks that facilitate rapid definition of user needs
Experience with design research methodologies and human-centered design principles
Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams
Ability to adapt to changing priorities or evolving needs, with openness and agility
Experience working on UX/UI for web systems
Experience with modern web design techniques
Knowledge of Motion Design
Experience with modern web design techniques
