About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define writing standards, best practices and principles
Create and maintain style guides and brand voice
Create reusable textual components: microcopy, error messages, CTAs, etc.
Map critical text flows and turn them into templates
Work closely with system designers and developers to ensure content is an integral part of components
Track adoption of content guidelines within design systems
Lead workshops, talks and trainings on Content Design
Serve as a reference for writing best practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience building Design Systems with a focus on desktop platforms
Strong knowledge of UX writing, web writing and copywriting
Knowledge of accessibility in writing
Experience creating and documenting rules and writing standards for digital products
Experience educating and sharing best practices and responsibilities for a Content System
Proficiency with Figma
Familiarity with Zeroheight (not mandatory)
Knowledge of interface design for desktop and mobile platforms
Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Languages, Journalism, Advertising, Public Relations or related fields
