About the role

  • Manage opportunities and needs for your assigned client portfolio;
  • Hold meetings to identify and qualify opportunities with your clients;
  • Be responsible for formalizing opportunities and directing internal actions to develop solution proposals;
  • Identify business objectives related to the request and the client's critical success factors;
  • Lead diagnostics and workshops, process mapping, and propose process improvements for clients;
  • Prepare flowcharts, process descriptions, presentations, and supplementary artifacts to formalize mapped processes;
  • Develop Business Cases and calculate Return on Investment (ROI) to help the client justify contracting the proposed solution;
  • Conduct regular alignment meetings with your clients, focusing on value generation and visibility of services/solutions contracted by the client;
  • Prepare Account Plans and use them as a strategic guide for account expansion;
  • Identify and qualify upsell, cross-sell, and new project opportunities, managing the full consultative negotiation cycle;
  • Systematically update the CRM with relevant data on the customer journey, account health, and identified opportunities.

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields;
  • Completed courses in Process Analysis, Project Management, Negotiation or Sales;
  • Minimum 4 years' experience executing consulting projects, process mapping, analysis and process improvement;
  • Minimum 2 years' experience working with business processes in the financial sector;
  • Advanced skills in building PowerPoint presentations;
  • Analytical skills for data interpretation and management;
  • Knowledge of MS Visio, Bizagi or other BPMN tools;
  • Certifications in business process management, project management, Power BI and/or data analysis tools;
  • Experience with process mapping projects, area expansion, and implementation of new systems and technologies in administrative processes;
  • Experience with projects involving ROI calculation and capacity analysis;
  • Spanish: intermediate or advanced level;
  • English: intermediate or advanced level.
