About the role

  • Ensure the continuous and specialized execution of the following activities
  • Operational management and Dynatrace incident management
  • Management and follow-up of ServiceNow‑Ord incidents
  • Support for Discovery processes and CMDB management
  • Monitoring of SGS indicators

Requirements

  • Dynatrace enhancements: creation, updating and management of extensions
  • Development and maintenance of dashboards
  • Configuration of monitoring mechanisms aligned with DOC and IIMC requirements
  • Analysis, diagnosis and tracking of product-related incidents
  • Support for root cause identification and assistance in implementing corrective actions
  • Handling and follow-up of requests and incidents related to the ServiceNow product
  • Ensuring the quality, consistency and compliance of CMDB data
  • Support and monitoring of discovery processes and CI identification
  • Support for correct representation of services within DOC and their respective tracking
  • Monitoring of relevant metrics
