About the role
- Responsible for designing interfaces and experiences that make the Zuri platform fluid, intuitive, accessible, and visually coherent.
- Focused on the continuous evolution of the platform’s native features, ensuring each component is designed based on real user needs and the company’s strategic objectives.
- Understand the value delivered to users through the platform’s features.
- Analyze user behavior, feedback, and usage data to inform design decisions.
- Support the creation and maintenance of personas and user journeys specific to the Zuri platform.
- Define clear and consistent interaction and navigation flows.
- Create wireframes and interface structures that reflect usability and accessibility best practices.
- Identify friction points in user journeys and opportunities to improve the platform experience.
- Create clickable prototypes to validate ideas with stakeholders and users.
- Conduct usability tests focused on identifying improvements before implementation.
- Iterate on solutions based on qualitative and quantitative evidence.
- Specify the visual and functional behavior of interfaces for the development team.
- Support developers and QA in understanding flows, interactions, and interface states.
- Participate in agile development rituals, contributing a user-centered perspective.
Requirements
- Empathy and active listening to understand the contexts and needs of different user profiles.
- Systems thinking, with the ability to design scalable and reusable solutions.
- Clear visual and verbal communication with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Constant collaboration with Product Managers, developers, and QA analysts.

- Product mindset, focusing on user value and alignment with Zuri’s strategic objectives.
- Proficiency in Figma.
- Knowledge of information architecture, usability heuristics, and digital accessibility.
- Ability to create and maintain design systems and component libraries.
- Experience with interactive prototyping and usability testing.
- Desired: basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and understanding of the technical feasibility of designs.
