About the role
- Define topics and formats for digital content aligned with the B2B marketing strategy
- Plan, produce, review and edit content for multiple channels, ensuring clarity, relevance and brand consistency
- Actively contribute to the content strategy, strengthening branding and market positioning
- Monitor the performance of published content, analyze metrics and propose continuous improvements
- Plan and execute content marketing initiatives in collaboration with internal teams
- Explore and apply trends in digital communication, technology and AI
- Ensure the application of best practices in copywriting, SEO and digital engagement
- Produce content in multiple formats (articles, posts, scripts, corporate narratives)
Requirements
- Proven experience in planning, producing and editing digital content for B2B audiences
- Proficiency with professional platforms such as LinkedIn for content distribution
- Experience with automation and email marketing tools (e.g., RD Station)
- Use of generative Artificial Intelligence to support content creation and editing
- Experience with collaborative tools (e.g., Google Docs)
- Analysis of basic digital performance metrics to inform decision-making
- Experience building corporate narratives and strengthening brand
- Creative profile with a strong strategic vision
- Experience translating technical/technology topics into accessible, engaging narratives
- Ability to identify topics that drive engagement beyond the obvious ("break through the bubble")
- Knowledge or familiarity with technology and/or Artificial Intelligence
- Organized, autonomous and collaborative in multidisciplinary environments
- Proactive in proposing improvements and new content initiatives
