About the role
- Act as a trusted partner and advisor to live, already-implemented customers to maximize value from Zuora
- Align Zuora solutions with customers’ strategic goals and optimize Order-to-Revenue operations
- Deliver customized, phased roadmaps and prioritize frameworks that deliver measurable outcomes
- Lead strategic workshops, standardization workshops, and detailed configuration/integration reviews
- Provide ongoing optimizations and tailored recommendations to maximize ROI and user satisfaction
- Guide customers through compliance, operational, and integration challenges to support long-term growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure solution scalability and adaptability
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on proficiency in Zuora Revenue with expertise in designing scalable, impactful solutions
- Familiarity with ASC 606 and IFRS 15 compliance standards and their impact on revenue recognition
- 10+ years of experience with Revenue Management and ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle and NetSuite
- Proven ability to deliver customer-aligned roadmaps and provide strategic advisory
- Strong understanding of REST and SOAP APIs, and ETL, with experience integrating with ERP, CRM, and core systems
- Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and communication skills with a customer-first approach
- Diverse industry experience and ability to adapt solutions across sectors (preferred)
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder international projects (preferred)
- Expertise in process optimization, standardization workshops, and configuration refinement (preferred)
- Independent consulting experience and ability to deliver with minimal supervision (preferred)
- Strong collaboration skills and experience leading cross-functional teams (preferred)
