About the role
- Independently create job advertisements and proactively approach candidates across various social media channels
- Develop and implement social media strategies for our online presence
- Produce, edit and publish engaging content (text, image, video) for our social media channels
- Maintain and grow our social media profiles (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok)
- Actively engage with our community and respond to inquiries via social media
Requirements
- You are currently enrolled at a college or university
- You have a strong interest in recruiting, social media and content creation
- Creativity and a good eye for appealing design
- Independent, structured and reliable working style
