About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You develop custom solutions based on the Microsoft Power Platform that noticeably simplify our logistics, administrative, and support processes.
  • You create Power Apps — both Model‑Driven Apps and Canvas Apps — designing intuitive applications for our teams.
  • You model and automate workflows with Power Automate to reduce manual steps and make processes transparent.
  • You implement modern AI solutions and agents, for example using Copilot Studio, and help to integrate AI into our processes in a meaningful and secure way.
  • You analyze requirements from departments such as handling, dispatch, HR, or sales and translate them into smart, lean digital solutions.
  • You accompany the entire development lifecycle — from the initial idea and proof of concept to rollout into production.
  • You integrate Power Platform solutions into existing system landscapes (e.g., TMS, WMS, CRM).
  • You document your solutions, establish standards, and enable colleagues to independently create smaller applications, automations, or reports using the Microsoft Power Platform low-code tools.
  • You design and operate the Power Platform and application landscape sustainably and continuously evolve CI/CD pipelines for applications and Power Platform artifacts (e.g., Solutions, Flows, Environment Variables).

  • Passion for and enjoyment in developing low-code and no-code solutions based on modern cloud technologies.
  • Understanding of data modeling, interfaces, and integrations.
  • Ideally, initial insight into IT processes of a logistics, industrial, or service company — or willingness to familiarize yourself with our workflows.
  • Enjoyment in reducing complexity and building solutions that work in everyday operations.
  • A solution-oriented, structured way of working and enthusiasm for collaborating with different departments.
  • Several years of experience in DevOps, software delivery, or platform operations.
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD, version control (Git), and release management.
  • Practical experience in developing Power Apps (Canvas and/or Model‑Driven) and working with Power Platform Solutions.
