Growth Marketing

• Support the planning and execution of offline growth initiatives (with guidance from the team)
• Help coordinate logistics for events and activations (materials, vendors, timelines, checklists)
• Assist in organizing and tracking leads generated through offline initiatives
• Help create and maintain campaign support materials (briefs, checklists, guidelines, simple tracking sheets)
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Ops, and Marketing teams to align execution
• Support partner coordination and communication (always with team support)
• Collect learnings from each activation and help propose improvements for future actions
• Help document processes and build simple playbooks to scale offline initiatives
