About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a product or product line
- Driving product strategy in alignment with company vision through market research and customer analysis
- Developing a product roadmap that outlines features, enhancements, and timelines
- Working closely with stakeholders to gather and document product requirements
- Collaborating with teams to ensure successful product development and launch
- Overseeing product development process and product lifecycle
- Conducting product reviews and tracking progress
- Developing a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for new product releases
- Monitoring product performance and success in the market
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of relevant product management experience, preferably with hardware and software products
- Previous experience in related industries, with experience in the railway industry being an asset
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering or related fields
- Proven experience in successfully carrying products through concept to launch in the entire product life cycle
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Collaborative, and a knack for working with cross functional teams
- Adaptable, expert in time management and organizational skills
- Passionate about technology and continuous learning
- Ability to travel internationally
